Kodiak is a stunning 3 bedroom cabin rental located in Brothers Cove Resort in the Walden's Creek area of Pigeon Forge Tennessee. This wonderful 2 story Smoky Mountain log cabin sleeps 10 and has a breathtaking view, plenty of room and all the amenities you could want. What more could you want for a family or small group getaway vacation?

As you drive up to this impressive cabin, you are awed by the beautiful mountain views and creation and from your first glimpse of the Kodiak cabin; you are enthralled by the majesty of the etched glass window which depicts a charging Kodiak bear and all of the other windows of the cabin looking out at the Smokies.

As you enter the spacious living room of the cabin you are drawn to the river rock corner fireplace which extends to the ceiling and the two walls with glass to the eve of the house. Here you see that there is another beautiful window with an etched bear scene.

The living room is a great place for the whole family or group to gather and watch TV on the big screen with Direct TV satellite service, the DVD/VCR and the home theater. From the comfy rocking recliner, you can sit back and bask in the afternoon sun.

Step out onto Kodiak's wrap around deck and slip into one of several log rockers - isn't life is grand! You may want to grab your swimsuit and slip into the bubbling waters of the hot tub while enjoying the fantastic view of the Smoky Mountains. After relaxing and building up an appetite in the fresh mountain air you may want to serve the meal on the log picnic table and a charcoal grill is ready for your grill master to perfect his skills to prepare your meal.

Inside the cabin you will find a large fully equipped kitchen with an open design and full size appliances ready to prepare any meal and a dishwasher and double sink to make cleanup a snap. This beautiful kitchen has an island for additional counter space and a pass through to the dinning area where there is a table with 8 chairs and incredible view of the mountains. There is even additional seating at the bar which is the perfect place to enjoy a quick snack.

This level of the Kodiak log cabin has a bedroom with log queen size bed, TV, Jacuzzi, rocking chair and access to deck. It also has a private bath with shower and for those who need extra clean clothing there is a washer and dryer in a closet.

Climb the stairs to the game room and challenge your family and friends to a game of billiards. The game room overlooks the downstairs level and has windows for a breathtaking view of the surrounding Smokies countryside.

The master bedroom suite has a queen size bed with Jacuzzi, and bathroom with shower. It also has access to its own private deck with rockers.

The other bedroom on this level has 2 trundle beds, a TV and private entrance to a bathroom. Windows to the eve of the house allow the great outdoors inside and plenty of natural light.

There is a wild life theme throughout the cabin so you can get close to nature with the picturesque views and the natural theme. Get an even closer to the great outdoors by visiting the Great Smoky Mountains National Park nearby. Plan a day to hike, picnic, bike, ride horses or drive one of the parks motor trails.

Although you probably won't want to leave this fantastic cabin, lots of adventures and fun are just minutes away in action-packed Pigeon Forge. If shopping is more your cup of tea, make a visit to one of the outlet malls in Sevierville or Pigeon Forge or the quaint shops in Gatlinburg.
