Highland Lodge is a three-bedroom log cabin rental that sleeps 8 located in the beautiful private gated community of the Brother's Cove Log Cabin Resort. Travel back in time as you cross the covered bridge into the development to an era of simplicity and serenity as you drive along the tree lined road with split rail fence and a babbling creek that enhances the aura.
Steps at rear of this vacation home that is perfect for family or group reunions lead to a deck that wraps around the cabin. This fabulous deck has a log swing, rockers, hot tub, and large charcoal grill. You will want to spend time just a swingin or rockin your cares away while admiring the fantastic view of the Great Smoky Mountains.
Plan a cookout and grill your favorite meats and vegetables over charcoal, as food cooked outside seems to taste so much better than food cooked inside. Bring a swimsuit and slip into the warm bubbling waters of the hot tub. What a way to relax and rejuvenate!

As you enter the cabin, your breath will be taken away by the expanse of windows and the all-wood interior. The beautiful décor and rich colors intensify the experience. Why shouldn't your vacation experience in the Smokies be surrounding yourself in luxury?
A stone fireplace in the midst of the windows catches your eye and the rich brown overstuffed sleeper sofa matching loveseat and huge chair provides seating for your group. Everyone will enjoy getting together in this fabulous room as this is a great place to meet, watch the flat screen TV, chat, and plan tomorrow's itinerary.
The bedroom on the main level of the Highland Lodge cabin has a king size bed, gas fireplace, rocking chair, writing desk and chair. The best feature of the room is the Jacuzzi tub in the corner that allows you to have a great view of the mountains through the windows that surround it or if you need privacy, you can draw the blinds. The private bathroom has a tub/shower.
The kitchen is ready to prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Plan your menus ahead, shop on the way to the cabin, and have fun preparing some or all of your meals because this is a great way to economize on your trip and have privacy while you dine. Small appliances such as microwave, a toaster, blender, and coffeemaker are here in the Highland Lodge kitchen.
Serve those delectable entrees on the large round table with which leather chairs that seats six. Enjoy a mountain view through the large bay window and overhead is an antler chandelier. A bar with 2 chairs offers additional seating.
Hidden discreetly in a closet are the washer and dryer which guest love to have in the cabin because its so convenient "just in case".
Ascend the stairs to the second floor where there is a game room and another bedroom suite. This bedroom suite has a king size bed, Jacuzzi tub, TV, and gas fireplace. It includes a writing desk and chair and a bathroom with a tub/shower combination. This suite has a private deck with 2 rockers providing just the place to sneak out to and enjoy a little one on one time!
The game room has a pool table where you and your friends can spend endless hours of camaraderie and billiards. A sleeper sofa and chair provide comfortable seating and sleeping quarters later.
Follow the spiral log staircase to the 3rd level and another bedroom. This suite features a king size bed, TV, and bathroom with tub/shower combination. It also has a private deck with rockers. Just imagine the great view that you have from this level.
With all these great amenities, you'll be tempted to stay and never leave. A visit to the area is not complete without a trip to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Hiking trails abound in the park and there are several picnic areas close by. Swimming and fishing are also very popular in the parks rivers, creek and streams.
