In Gatlinburg during July there is also the annual Gatlinburg Craftsman Fair held at the convention center. During August and September you will enjoy the Gatlinburg Heritage on Display all throughout Gatlinburg.
Fall is our most popular time of the year in the Smokies as folks come in from all over the country to marvel at the beauty of our breathtaking mountain paradise and enjoy all the fun events going on going on here.
Hayrides are available throughout the city of Gatlinburg in the fall and from the middle of September until the end of October, you will love the Smoky Mountain Harvest Festival when for the whole month we are proud to have Craftsman from all over the south in town.
Starting in November we welcome back Winterfest! The November events include the Chili Cook-off, the Festival of Trees, and the Great Smoky Mountains Arts and Crafts Thanksgiving Show and millions of Christmas Lights in both Gatlinburg and in Pigeon Forge Tennessee.
In December there is the Great Smokies Arts and Crafts Christmas Show, with local and national craftsman. The year ending spectacular Gatlinburg New Year's Eve Ball Drop and Fireworks Show is something you definitely need to make plans for now!
