The summer fun begins with America's First 4th of July Parade that is held annually at one minute after midnight on July 3rd. During August and September you will enjoy the Gatlinburg Heritage on Display.

Fall is our most popular time of the year. Folks come in from all over the country to marvel at the natural beauty of our breathtaking mountain paradise. Hayrides are available throughout the city in the fall. From the middle of September til the end of October you will love the Smoky Mountain Harvest Festival. The whole month of October we are proud to have Craftsman from all over the south in town for our Gatlinburg Craftsman Fall Fair.

Starting in November we welcome back Winterfest! The November events include the Chili Cook-off, the Festival of Trees, and the Great Smoky Mountains Arts and Crafts Thanksgiving Show.

December brings The Great Smokies Arts and Crafts Christmas Show, with exhibits from local and national craftsman. We have a year ending spectacular with the Gatlinburg New Year's Eve Ball Drop and Fireworks Show that if you have never experienced you definitely want to make plans now.
