Breathless is located in Chalet Village off what the locals call "the Spur", a road connecting Gatlinburg with Pigeon Forge Tennessee bordering the Great Smoky Mountains National Park.
This is the most central location in the Smokies to take advantage of all of the action of Pigeon Forge Tennessee including Dollywood and the hundreds of restaurants and outlet stores, along with the quaint shops of Gatlinburg where there are also plenty of indoor and outdoor activities and of course the peace and tranquility of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park.

The main level of the chalet has a romantic master bedroom with a king size bed, a large Jacuzzi surrounded by mirrors, double shower complete with tile and glass door and commode closet. Also on this level is a large "wall of windows" that allow a spectacular view of Mount Le Conte in the large living area, dining area, breakfast area, kitchen and a back deck which overlooks a very private wooded area.
In the living area, watch a movie or your favorite program on the 32" TV or maybe you just want to relax with a good book in front of the gas fireplace in one of the 2 comfortable barrel chairs. The living room also has 2 loveseats and a coffee table, perfect for a small group to gather for conversation.
In the dining area the table seats 8 and is adjacent to the smaller breakfast area where there is an octagonal glass topped table and 4 chairs with a view making it perfect area to sit with your morning cup of coffee and plan your day of fun in the Great Smoky Mountains.
Step from the breakfast area onto the large front deck complete with a wrought iron table and chairs. This is another perfect area in the chalet to view Mount Le Conte and the Great Smoky Mountains national park. If you are fortunate enough to stay in the Breathless chalet during a full or Harvest moon, you will have the joy of watching the moon rise from behind the mountain peaks illuminating the mountains.
From the other side of the breakfast area, patio doors again open to reveal a conveniently located, small covered deck complete with a gas grill. Just a few steps and you are in the fully equipped kitchen with a side-by-side refrigerator, microwave, electric range, garbage disposal, coffee pot, toaster, blender and all of the cookware, dishes and silverware you will need.
On the bottom floor there is a comfortable game room with a full size pool table, 27" TV and a queen sleeper sofa. Open the sliding glass doors and walk onto to the large lower deck where a 6 person hot tub awaits you. There is also a bedroom on this floor tastefully decorated in a Native Indian motif with 2 queen size beds, a 27" TV and a private bath with an enclosed shower. The utility closet has a washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board and outside the chalet there is large parking area can accommodate up to 8 cars.
On the top level of the chalet you will find the 3rd bedroom with a king size bed; heart shaped Jacuzzi and another 27" TV. From this bedroom walk right outside and gaze at the stars from your very own balcony deck.
Here on the 3rd floor of Breathless you will also find a sauna where you can relax and revive yourself after a full day of activities. There is also a loft area and a full bathroom. The loft area has a queen size sleeper sofa and a comfortable chair to relax in while you watch TV.
If you ever decide to leave this spectacular chalet, be sure to stop by the Gatlinburg Welcome Center located on the way to the "Spur" at the bottom of Wiley Oakley road. If you want to ride the trolley through the city of Gatlinburg, the Gatlinburg art community, Great Smoky Mountains National Park or around Pigeon Forge there is parking for the trolley here at the Gatlinburg Welcome Center.
