The paved parking area of this vacation home rental accommodates up to 3 vehicles. There are 8 steps that lead up to the deck and the entry door.

The deck of this chalet has a log table with 4 chairs and there is a gas grill. Food just seems to taste better cooked and served outside. Just picture a cookout with steaks or other delectables served on the log table.

Upon entering Beary Cozy, you will find the living room to the left. A leather sofa, loveseat, and oversized chair provide seating and the conversations, real wood burning fireplace and the TV provide the entertainment.

The living room is a great place to make plans for the next day or watch TV on the flat screen hanging over the wood fireplace. The square leather box contains a TV tray and ottoman for additional seating. Very Cozy!

In cooler months, imagine watching the flickering flames of the fireplace while enjoying a hot cup of cocoa or coffee. You may want to star gaze through the telescope or just check out what you can see in the area.

The master bedroom has a four poster queen size bed with large dresser and a flat screen TV. In the closet is an iron and board. The private bath has a ceramic tiled walk-in shower with rain shower head and sky light.

The second bedroom has a queen size bed, TV, and armoire. Check out the unique leaf plaque! The hall bath which features a tub/shower has a private door to the bedroom.

Descend the staircase to the lower level. The game room has WII and a multi-purpose table which includes foosball and air hockey table. Would you like to try your hand at checkers? There is a checkerboard table.

The futon in the game room can also double as a bed so you can accommodate more people than just in the bedrooms and bean bags in here provide additional seating.

Next to the game room is the laundry room that has a washer and dryer. There is an electronic dart board and a place to sit while waiting for your clothes to dry or your opponent to throw his darts.

From here, you can access a covered deck that has a round hot tub. Just think about slipping into the hot bubbling waters after a day of shopping or hiking in the Smokies!

Back on the main floor the kitchen has modern stainless steel appliances such as a side by side refrigerator, gas range, microwave, and dishwasher and the counter tops are real marble.

Small appliances such as a toaster, a blender, and coffeemaker make meal preparation quick and easy. Be sure to enjoy some meals in Beary Cozy such as breakfast and fresh brewed coffee while sitting on the deck.
