Although secluded and private, you are just minutes away from 2 entrances to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park as well as everything Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg have to offer. This delightful two-bedroom cabin sleeps 6 adults and is perfect for small families or groups.
Just a couple of steps to the landing and then 13 steps to a small covered deck is the entrance to the cabin. Upon entering Bear Hugs II log cabin you see the beautiful wood floors and walls and a wide wood spiral staircase trimmed with tree limbs. Large windows let in so much light and add an open feeling to the atmosphere of the cabin.

Are you up to par with your billiards game? A beautiful pool table provides hours of endless pool. Have your own tournament and challenge others in your group to determine the champion. Nearby is a ½ bath so that you don't have to delay the game for a quick break. Well, maybe, that is a bit too serious, after all, you are here to relax and enjoy your vacation getaway in the Smokies!
Don't worry if you have a messy Marvin staying with you. A small laundry closet has a washer and dryer to take care of any mishaps.
The living area has a large plasma TV with surround sound where you can unwind in the evenings by watching your favorite TV program or sporting event. The living area is an inviting place for everyone to gather, make plans for the next day, and enjoy the flickering flames of the stacked stone fireplace.
One of the nice features of this living room is the coffee table with wood carved wildlife scene. The leather sofa even converts into a bed for extra sleeping quarters.
From the living room, you have access to the deck. From here, you have a fabulous mountain vista. The picnic table with benches invites you to enjoy a meal cooked on the charcoal grill. Be sure to pickup steaks or other meats to sizzle them up outdoors.
The hot tub has Roman blinds you can lower for privacy and glass around it to keep out the chill in cooler weather. You may want to plan a long leisure soak each day after a long day shopping or sightseeing.
The fully equipped kitchen features has cabinets with etched wildlife pictures and small appliances such as toaster, coffeemaker, microwave, and blender. Prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner quickly and effortlessly and serve your meals on the dining table that has benches along 2 walls. Large windows permit a view of the outdoors to enhance your dining experience at every meal.
Descend the winding staircase to the lower level. One of the two bedroom suites is located on this level. It features a queen size bed, Jacuzzi tub and TV. The powder room has a walk in shower, vanity, and toilet. Just outside is a private deck with 4 log rockers. What a great place to lounge before retiring or share with that significant other.
Ascend the stairs from the main level to another bedroom. At the top of the stairs before entering the bedroom, stop and take in the fantastic view of the mountains. This bedroom has a queen bed, private TV with a DVD/VCR player. This beadroom also has a private bath with shower.
Bear Hugs II with its loads of amenities makes spending time in the cabin wonderful, but you won't want to miss the opportunity to visit Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, or Sevierville.
