The entrance to the Bothers Cove Mountain Resort is a covered bridge reminiscent of a past era and peace and serenity will accompany you to the entrance of the Bear Hugs cabin as large holly bushes flank your walk onto the deck and birds chattering to each other add to the peaceful aura.
Check out the bears on the deck supports and then step into the kitchen and dining area where you will find that this cabin is tastefully done in wildlife and outdoor décor. The natural wood floors and walls give the cabin a warm and rustic look.

In the living room sink into the comfy distressed brown leather sleeper sofa, or sit in the chair, prop your feet on the ottoman, turn on the big screen TV and watch your favorite game or show. Toss a log on the striking attractive stone fireplace with primitive log mantel and gaze into the flickering embers.
A door from the living area opens to the deck. After a day of hiking in the Smokies or shopping at one of the malls, you will want to relax in the bubbling waters of the hot tub and the privacy wall beside the hot tub ensures your seclusion.
Don't want to soak in the hot tub? You may want to just simply sit in one of the log Adirondack chairs and relax. If a porch swing is better for you, well there is one out here on the deck.
Food tastes so much better cooked on a charcoal grill so be sure to plan a couple of meals made on the charcoal grill that is here for you to use.
Follow the stairs to the 2nd level where 7 foot windows and windows to eve of the cabin allow the beautiful scenery outdoors to permeate the indoors. Up here in the loft area there is a queen size bed, Jacuzzi, TV and a bathroom.
The loft also has a private veranda where you can enjoy your morning coffee or wind down time at the end of the day. Sit back and relax in one of the 2 log rockers and enjoy a view of the mountains.
The Bear Hug log cabins kitchen is equipped with a microwave, blender, toaster, can opener, and coffeemaker to serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Serve your meals on the counter high table that seats four comfortably.
Your log cabin is equipped with a dishwasher to make cleanup fast and easy and a closet to your left is labeled primitive dwelling closet has an iron and ironing board to smooth away any travel wrinkles. On your way to the Bear Hugs cabin is a conveniently located supermarket on Wears Valley Road.
All guests of ours who rent one of the cabins in the Brothers Cove Resort have complementary seasonal swimming pool access in the "Cement Pond" with breathtaking views, large sun deck with lots of lounge chairs, bathrooms and changing area, a beautiful covered gazebo, and a picnic area with benches, tables and BBQ grills all with a million dollar view.
Although, you may not want to leave this cozy and comfortable cabin, you will want to enjoy some of the adventures and attractions in the area. Enjoy a day at Dollywood - the Smoky Mountain Family Adventure or you may want to visit Splash Country - a water adventure park!
Try one of the dinner theaters such as Dixie Stampede Dinner Attraction, Hoot N' Holler Dinner & Show, or Black Bear Jamboree Dinner & Show. Other theaters close by are the Comedy Barn Theater, Magic Beyond Belief, and Sweet Fanny Adams Theater.
Be sure to visit Cades Cove, a secluded valley in the Western corner of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. From Brothers Cove, you can travel down some winding country roads and avoid much of the traffic to the back entrance into the park. Take a picnic lunch, do a hike, or bicycle around Cades Cove.
