A Romantic Safari is a very private 1 bedroom log cabin for rent located in the foothills of the Great Smoky Mountains in Pigeon Forge Tennessee where romance meets the great outdoors. This delightful log cabin will comfortably sleep 4 making it perfect for a romantic retreat or a family vacation in the Smokies.

Climb the 9 steps to the front porch of the cabin which has 2 rockers where you can sit and chat in the evening while enjoying the Smoky Mountains countryside. Can't you imagine sitting on the porch, rocking, and getting to know your significant other more intimately without all those distractions?

The front door of the log cabin opens into the fully equipped kitchen where log cabinets accent the artifacts from the Serengeti such as an African jug leopard and spotted plate.

In the cabins kitchen you can prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner effortlessly with small appliances such as blender, coffeemaker, electric can opener, mixer, toaster, and microwave. You can save time and money preparing some or all of your meals in your vacation home and the dishwasher makes cleanup fast and easy.

Serve your meals on the teakwood looking table with 4 chairs that carries on the Serengeti theme and a bamboo chandelier hangs over the table to complete the look and feel of a safari.

The living room has a loveseat and huge recliner in tan adding to the theme of the cabin and even the phone stand looks like a tiger! The living room has a brick gas fireplace so in the cooler months, you will want to start the fireplace and snuggle together while watching the flickering flames. You may even want to recline on the large cheetah rug in front of the fireplace.

A TV with satellite service is mounted above the fireplace so settle into the recliner and watch your favorite program or movie on the DVD player.

Look, there's a parade of African animals across the ledge over the window!

Tucked behind a barn door are the washer and dryer along with an iron and ironing board if you need some additional clean clothing for your stay. Ladies, if you have nothing to wear, you may want to visit one of the many outlet stores in the area.

The bathroom carries out the African theme with a leopard rug, zebra stool and shower curtain. Display boxes with a zebra and leopard add to this flavor. The bathroom can be entered from the hall or bedroom.

The bedroom has a black iron bed with a crown canopy which gives the bed an exotic and out of reach look. A fuzzy leopard stool with matching mirror and animal print bedspread add to the exotic African appearance.

The Jacuzzi is surrounded by a stone wall with stone in the back which gives the illusion of a waterfall. You'll feel as if you are lounging in an African river as you soak in the relaxing jetted waters surrounded by exotic plants.

From the living room, you can step out to the covered deck where here you have a table with chairs and a charcoal grill. You will want to throw some delicious steaks, chicken, or fish on the grill because there is nothing like food cooked on the grill and served outside.

Be sure to plan your days to fit in time for a soak in the hot tub. Hot tubs are great for relaxation, massage and hydrotherapy so after a day hiking or visiting Dollywood, you will want to slip into the soothing waters of the hot tub here at the cabin.

Climb the stairs to the game room which has a pool table and sleeper sofa. You can play endless hours of billiards on the pool table and refine your game while listening to music on the stereo. You have a table with a couple chairs where you can wait your turn and gaze out over the living room.
